HPL Meetings and Events will quote you a flat fee for a specific requirement, with a payment schedule that meets your needs. Or we can quote you on an hourly basis, leaving you in complete control of your budget and planning process.
Whichever option you choose, we will prepare a contract including all the details of the meeting, event or service including a statement of work, fee payment schedule, etc.
We want your event to be successful and cost effective, as such, we do not accept hotel and other supplier and/or vendor commissions, note that all savings will be passed on to you.

Depending on the type of meeting or event, timelines do vary. Multi-day meetings and conferences are best initiated up to a year in advance. Smaller meetings and events can be planned within a number of months.
